構造的特徴：
◆マシンベッド、スライドシート、コラム、研削ヘッド本体、テーブル、その他の基本部品はすべて高強度の鋳鉄製で、安定した構成と品質の永続的な保証があります。
◆研削ヘッドのスピンドルは静圧・静圧構造と高剛性スピンドルスリーブ構造で構成されています。
◆高精度リードスクリューを採用し、伝達剛性を高め、移動時の熱変形の影響を排除し、機械の精度を確保しています。
◆作業台は可変ベーンポンプで左右に動き、ベッド本体の調整ハンドルで無段階に速度を調整するクローズド油圧システムを採用しています。
◆機械はttypeレイアウトを採用し、ガイドレールには指向性と安定性に優れたテフロンソフトベルトを装着しています。
動き。剛性が高く、熱変形が小さく、動きが安定し、騒音が少なく、オイルタンクの温度上昇が少なく、研削精度が高く、メンテナンスが便利です。
◆電気ボックスには熱交換器が装備されており、電気ボックス内の温度を効果的に制御し、制御システムの長期安定動作を保証します。
