1.ストーマとその周囲の皮膚を温水で拭き、乾燥させ、硬化性の角質化した皮膚と汚れを取り除き、皮膚を清潔で乾燥させます。
2.測定カードを提供して、ストーマのサイズを測定します。指を測定しながら、目を指で触れないでください。
3.ストーマの測定されたサイズと形状に応じて、オストミーフランジのフィルムに適切なサイズの穴を切ります。通常、穴の直径はストーマ直径よりも2mm大きくなります。
